Very close to downtown Nizza Monferrato, there is an example of renovation in piedmont style. Construction of containment walls with vintage bricks and making of a swimming pool in the courtyard.
Casa Dova
In downtown Nizza Monferrato we merged two apartments to obtain a bigger one, characterized by a modern style by using innovative materials. The roof was completely redone by placing solar panels, increasing the energy efficiency also by replacing the outer doors and windows.
Praiotti
Renovation of a residential building on the surrounding hills of Nizza Monferrato, with improvements such as stuctural stengthening by placing cages and iron tightening wires linked to each other, together with concrete foundation. An improvement has also been done regarding the energy efficiency of the whole building, thanks to the making of an external thermal coating.
